Acceptable Use Policy
In short
Use TripGate for your agency's real business, and respect the travellers you contact.
Spam, illegal content and attacks on the service are not allowed. Breaking these rules can lead to suspension.
1. Purpose and Application
This policy applies to everyone who uses TripGate. It is part of the Terms of Service.
The workspace admin is responsible for making sure their team follows it.
2. Prohibited Content and Materials
Do not use TripGate to store or send:
- Anything illegal, fraudulent or misleading, such as fake bookings or false prices.
- Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy.
- Personal data you have no right to use.
- Hateful, harassing or abusive content.
3. Network and System Security Violations
Do not:
- Upload malware, or anything designed to cause harm.
- Try to access another agency's data, or any account that is not yours.
- Probe, scan or test TripGate for weaknesses without our written permission.
- Scrape the service, or get around its limits or security.
- Share logins, or resell access to TripGate.

4. Unsolicited Messaging and Anti-Spam
- Send messages only to travellers who contacted you or agreed to hear from you.
- Stop messaging anyone who asks you to stop.
- When you message through WhatsApp, follow WhatsApp's own business rules.
- Do not send bulk marketing through TripGate.
5. Platform Resource Usage and Fair Use
Your plan includes limits, such as users and AI credits. Use TripGate at a volume that fits normal agency work.
If your use slows the service for others, we will contact you first and look for a fix together.
6. Monitoring and Enforcement
We run automatic checks for abuse and security, and we look into reports. We do not routinely read the content in workspaces.
Depending on how serious a breach is, we may:
- Send you a warning.
- Remove the content.
- Suspend the workspace.
- End the agreement.
Where we can, we will tell you before we act.
7. Reporting Violations
To report abuse of TripGate, email [email protected]. Include as much detail as you can.
