Sub-processors

1. Introduction and Scope

A sub-processor is a company we use to provide TripGate that may process personal data from agency workspaces.

This list covers every sub-processor that does, and says what each one does and which data it handles.

3. Vendor Due Diligence and Security Standards

Before we use a provider, we check its security and its data protection terms. Every provider must:

• Be bound by a contract that protects the data at least as well as our Data Processing Agreement.
• Use the data only to provide its service to us.
• Not use the data to train AI models.

4. Updates and Sub-processor Change Notifications

We update this page and tell workspace admins at least 30 days before a new sub-processor starts processing data.

5. Customer Objection Process

We will try to find a solution. If we cannot, you may end the affected service, as set out in the Data Processing Agreement.
